You have three minutes to prepare for the fight of your life. Do you have what it takes to go from flimsy shrimp to mighty prawn?

The objective of the game is to develop as much muscle mass as possible by lifting weighs in the gym. You engage with a lift by going near it. Once you've done this, you must quickly press the spacebar, A button (xbox), or X button (Playstation) repeatedly until you get the desired amount of repetitions.

The game supports conventional controllers as well as a keyboard. The mouse is not used. To move around, you use the WASD or arrow keys.
